Tigress One wearable art began when Norah needed a tiger-themed gown to wear to the Flying Tigers Airline Reunion. She bought fabric paint and painted tigers on canvas shoes. The shoes made everyone smile so she painted a dress to go with them. The dress was admired by the Flying Tigers women so Norah created a series of tiger shirts for the women to wear at the next reunion. Then Norah painted the kind of clothes she liked to wear, cool and easy, washable and long-lasting, cotton, linen and silk. The Tigress One line grew from there.
 
Usually a client provides the article of clothing that she will be wearing for a particular occasion, perhaps a party, a wedding, or a reunion. Norah creates a one-of-a- kind design particular to her client’s interest and in her favorite colors.
